Gross FDI

In the case of foreign investment in Spain this covers operations by non-residents, for example:
• Stake in Spanish unlisted companies
• Stake of over 10% in Spanish listed companies
• Set up or expansion of subsidiaries owned by foreign companies
• Other forms of investment in entities or covenants registered in Spain (foundations, cooperatives, groups of economic interest) when the share capital (or equivalent) is over €3,005,060.52.
