Additional provision five of the LSSI (Spanish acronym for the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce) states:

"Government agencies shall adopt the necessary measures so that the information available on their respective websites is accessible to persons with disabilities or of an advanced age, in accordance with the accessibility criteria for content generally recognized prior to 31 December 2005."

One of the aims of the INVEST IN SPAIN portal is to ensure access to the information and services on its site without any limitation or restriction whatsoever due to reasons of disability of any type or technical factors, taking into account that many people who access the information included on the website do so from different devices and in different contexts.

To this end, our accessibility guidelines are as follows:

+ Compliance with level A of WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards of the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium).

+ Verification of compliance with the aforementioned guidelines by means of the Web Accessibility Test (TAW).

+ The presentation is based on the W3C recommendation on level 2 cascading style sheets (CSS2). If your browser does not support cascading style sheets, it is possible to view the website without any problem.

+ The recommended standard has been followed in using XHTML code, verifying XHTML 1.0 transitional recommendations, making it possible to view the site correctly in any browser which properly supports this standard
