• Business and running costs: labour, property, telecommunications, energy, price and setup.

• Availability for leasing and/or selling ground space, offices and facilities.
• Subsidies and incentive programmes for investment projects.
• Product and service providers.

Free consultancy service:

• Processing of administrative procedures, as well as applications for subsidies and incentives.
• Organisation of visits to business locations.
• Organisation of meetings with foreign businesses located in the region.
• Search for associations, strategic alliances and projects for the constitution of joint ventures with local players.
• Contact with local, regional and national institutions.

Each year, the autonomous community of Madrid develops initiatives aimed at promoting its businesses' R&D, as well as the training of their human resources. PromoMadrid provides businesses with information and consultancy services on these programmes.

AvalMadrid

AvalMadrid S.G.R. is a bank that provides access to finance and improves finance conditions (costs and terms) for Madrid’s SMEs.

Madrid Venture Capital

Madrid Venture Capital carries out temporary investments in newly created Madrid companies (seed capital) or in companies that have already been incorporated and are looking to finance their launch (start-up capital).
