    La Rioja Employment Service is the organization responsible for the development of employment and training policies in La Rioja region, the goal of which is to enable unemployed workers to find quality jobs, and to help employers contract trained and experienced workers who meet their needs.

    The Agency for the Economic Development of La Rioja (ADER) is the body responsible for policies that promote the economy and industry of La Rioja, mainly in support of small and medium sized enterprises.
