    Incentives for capital expenditure

     

     

    PURPOSE ELIGIBLE ACTIONS UPPER LIMIT
    DIRECTORATE GENERAL ECONOMY Regional Funds* in support of production investment in the Valencian Community
    * Application until 31.Dec.2006
    New fixed assets or assets for first time use for:
    -setting up new establishments
    -expansion
    -upgrade
    -rRelocation
    Up to 35% of the eligible expenditure of the investment project, depending on geographical location
    SEPIVA Promotion for the creation of industrial parks Acquisition of industrial land in the Valencian Community at highly competitive prices

    Financing of capital expenditure

     

     

    PURPOSE ELIGIBLE ACTIONS UPPER LIMIT
    IVF Instituto Valenciano de Finanzas Financing of medium and long-term investment projects Credits and guarantees to finance fixed asset spending. Preference for productivity-boosting investments Long-term credit facilities (up to 10 years) Maximum 75% of the investment Interest rate: 3-month Euribor +(1/1.5) €300,000 minimum

    Principal support programs for R&D

     

     

    IMPIVA(2004) R&D+i support Technology development program
    Program for creation of tech-intensive companies
    Program for technological innovation and modernization in micro-businesses
    Up to 35-45% of the eligible costs in general. Up to 70% of projects qualifying as industrial research
    Up to 50% of the subsidised cost, maximum €60,000
    Up to 30% with an aggregate maximum of €15,000 per company

    Aid for employment creation and training

     

     

    PURPOSE ELIGIBLE ACTIONS UPPER LIMIT
    DIRECTORATE GENERAL FOR EMPLOYMENT OF THE VALENCIAN COMMUNITY Job placement assistance for the unemployed under the age of 30 years Access to stable employment

    Incentives for permanent contracts and assistance for transforming training contracts into permanent contracts

    Assistance for permanent employment of the long-term employed over the age of 45

    Assistance for permanent contracts to perform work at home

    Assistance for permanent employment of women

    €2,000 and €4,000 in the case of women (25% higher for degree-holders in information technologies, telecommunications or the environment)

    €1,500 €4,400 €4,000 / 3,000 for permanent part-time contracts

    IMPIVA Customer training programs for companies Ongoing training for skillbuilding and professional courses Up to 45% of the eligible costs, with a maximum of €90 of aid per training hour.

    Principal aid for investments in the environment

    DEPARTMENT OF THE ENVIRONMENT Minimizing industrial waste Assessment of industrial wastes Identification and classification of the waste generated by businesses Study of alternatives and measures for minimizing waste at source and on-site waste recovery Up to 40% of subsidisable costs (up to €4,500) Up to 30% of the subsidisable costs of spending on technology (up to €200,000)
    IMPIVA Industrial management of the environment and reduction of environmental impact Application of technologies aimed at allowing better use of resources Establishment and certification of environmental management systems decontamination Up to 30% of the eligible costs
