Andalusia
A list of the principal foreign companies in Andalusia is attached.
There are various different aid programs in Andalusia to promote the creation of stable employment and offering training. Programs that may apply to a foreign investor wishing to create an industrial plant in Andalusia, are as follows:
In general, there are aids ranging from €3,000 to €4,750 for every permanent employment contract created in Andalusia. Special emphasis is placed on areas with socio-economic difficulties where aid may extend to €15,390 per contract.
The purpose of this program is to promote job placement for the unemployed, helping them to adapt to the specific needs of the labor market. The program is linked to a hiring commitment.
Continuous training plans are designed to improve the skills and qualifications of employees as well as to bring them up to date and provide specialization regardless of the sector or industry in which the person works.
Aid exists for projects for research and multi-sector studies or developing innovative tools and products related to continuous training and continuous training study actions.
Interested parties should contact the Andalusian Labor Service, which is part of the Department of Employment, in the province in which the project is going to take place.
