Each year, the Aragonese government’s Ministry of Industry (Consejería de Industria) awards grants for industrial research and innovation projects, prototype design and obtaining patents. The maximum subsidy is 50% of the investment, with a limit of 100,000 euros per year.
The CDTI, which is dependent on the Ministry of Industry, offers no-interest financing for R&D projects. The total amount of the financing generally ranges from 240,000 to 900,000 euros. www.cdti.es

They are intended to support industrial research projects, viability studies, technological development projects, complementary activities, complementary international cooperation activities and research projects in the National Plan. The items eligible for aid are personnel costs, contractors, fungibles, equipment and other associated costs such as patent registration.
They come in the form of a subsidy of up to 60% of the investment or a no-interest repayable loan for a maximum of 75% of the cost of the project.
