One of the decisive factors in attracting major companies in the sector to this park in Malaga is its warm climate and its geographical location in the Mediterranean. The city of Malaga will also modernize its image as a result of the initiative. For example through other innovative areas in the future, and through the installation of innovative technological elements in the main avenues and boulevards of the city.

Several other regions are currently running initiatives to set up technology parks. The greatest challenge for the success of these projects is normally to attract leading companies working in the ITC sector.
